I have been practising Reflexology since qualifying in 1987 with the International Institute of Reflexology. I have always been interested in alternative/complementary therapies and this was just a natural step forward in gaining practical knowledge and experience in treating the person as a whole, balancing mind/body/ spirit. What attracted me particularly to Reflexology is that it is such a pleasant, non invasive therapy and can be applied for a vast range of conditions, many times correcting imbalances even before they have manifested in the body as a diagnosed ailment. I work mostly with stress and lifestyle induced conditions including headache, back ache, blood pressure problems, hormone imbalances, depression and many more. And most of all my aim is to help relax whoever comes to me for a Reflexology session.
